The office of the Arts Council of Indianapolis is located in the Guaranty Building on the southwest corner of Monument Circle and North Meridian Street, across from Indiana Power and Light, in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. On-street metered parking is available or use one of the many parking garages, such as the one under Circle Center Mall just west of the intersection at Washington and Meridian streets.
